The doctor understood my concerns and answered all my questions patiently. He e-mailed me the information I requested (the results of a bone scan and X-ray) promptly, and in addition some extra advice on exercise for seniors, which will be useful in the future. I now have confirmation that I have a wedge fracture, but is safe for me to resume my previous level of exercise. I found him very polite and kind, as well as helpful.

I was made to feel very comfortable to talk at my pace and felt really listened to. The Dr took his time to examine and explore the issues with me and I came out feeling less worried.Although this was the first time I met the Dr , I felt he shows it’s not just a job for him. He gave really positive feedback over my achievements in looking after my health.
